SOCO Beach Project welcomes small groups of 6 - 12 people from late August - early April. The house and property are available for overnight, a weekend, week and day rental. This is a beautiful space to create family memories and gather with friends or to host a small retreat or leadership visioning meeting. See photos below to view the three bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, and family/meeting room. Also additional sleeping space is available in the fall and spring in the on-site trailer.
